2026 NSA QUEENS OF THE DIAMOND - RING EVENT!! 4/1 FORMAT

IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS 

1.    You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game. 

2.    All weather updates will be posted on this site and page.

      3) Below are details about your specific age group.

     4) 12u and 14u will play a 4/1 format. HS will play a 3/1 format

  5)We have some available balls for purchase at a first come first serve basis. You will receive a new bucket filled with nearly 3 dozen softballs for $75. If you are interested, please text Pat Affrunti at 727-409-9683.

3. Some teams will finish seeding on Sunday prior to their elimination games.

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2027) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
