IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS 

1.    You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game. 

2.    All weather updates will be posted on this site and page.

      3) Below are details about your specific age group.

     10U - Will play a 3/1 format and be in Madeira Beach both days. 3^rd seed game will be on Sunday 

     12U - Will play a 4/1 format and be in Madeira Beach both days.  The 4th seed game will be on Sunday before elimination. Will be split into a Gold and Silver on Sunday

     14U - Will play a 4/1 format and be in Clearwater both days. The 4th seed game will be played on Sunday. Will be split into Gold and Silver on Sunday

4.    Thank you for playing in this event and supporting this great charity that helps children under the age of 5 that need heart transplants. Michele and I truly appreciate you supporting this event.

RULES SPECIFIC FOR EC MOORE (CLEARWATER) FIELDS 1-4 & 5-7:

·      ONLY MEDICALLY NECESSARY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GATES OF THE PARK.  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS.

·      TENTS ARE ALLOWED BUT CANNNOT BE PLACED OVER THE BLEACHERS AT ANY TIME.

·      SCOOTERS, SKATES, ROLLERBLADES, BIKES, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE GATES AS THEY ARE A SAFETY HAZZARD FOR SPECTATORS.

·      CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE PLANTERS, ESPECIALLY THE ELEVATED PLANTERS.

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2027) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
