You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game.
There were a ton of requests for this weekend, and we did the best we could to accommodate everyone's needs. Please remember that this is a 5-game format, so please have your players and parents ready to spend a good amount of time at the park each day.
We are using 7 fields at the Eddie Moore Complex. Fields 1-4 are grouped together (3050 DREW STREET), and Fields 5-7 (2994 DREW STREET) are grouped together. If you do not see yourself on one schedule than please check the other.
RULES SPECIFIC FOR EC MOORE (CLEARWATER) FIELDS 1-7:
ONLY MEDICALLY NECESSARY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GATES OF THE PARK. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS.
TENTS ARE ALLOWED BUT CANNOT BE PLACED OVER THE BLEACHERS AT ANY TIME.
SCOOTERS, SKATES, ROLLERBLADES, BIKES, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE GATES AS THEY ARE A SAFETY HAZZARD FOR SPECTATORS.
CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE PLANTERS, ESPECIALLY THE ELEVATED PLANTERS.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
· ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND! IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301. ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.
· EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.
· PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!
· ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
