IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS 

1.  We want to be transparent as we were forced to make a decision this week regarding the tournament. We originally had 2 complexes scheduled this weekend in Polk County and we were told late Tuesday afternoon that one of the complexes was being taken away because of being double booked with the people that run all the college softball games going on right now in Polk County. Bottom line, we are the smaller fish with the economic impact compared to the people coming to town for the college games, so they were awarded our second complex. The problem with this is this tournament became extremely large, and two complexes were needed with a 4/1 format. The decision had to be made to either cut 14 teams and tell them they had nowhere to play or change the format and start earlier in the day to get everything in so everyone could play and reduce format to 3/1. We chose the latter because we didn't feel it was fair to punish 14 teams with late notice that we did not have room for them. We thank everyone in advance for your understanding and cooperation with this matter.

2.   10U and 14U will play all seed games on Saturday. 12U will play 2 seed games and then their third on Sunday before elimination. HS will play a 2/2 modified double elimination format which means no "if game"

3.   12u will be split into two brackets after elimination on Sunday.

4.   Entry fee is $595. That is our entry fee no matter the format.

5.   Games will have to start at 7:00am both days in order to fit everything into the tournament. Yes we are aware this is super early but we do not have a choice this weekend. 

6.   Please make sure to look at the very bottom of Saturday schedule for the 8:30pm rounds.

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
