2025 NSA TOYS FOR TOTS #1 - HELP US HELP KIDS IN NEED - 1ST & 2ND PLACE WIN NEW GLOVES!!

We have a limited number of tournament shirts available for this weekend. To pre-order and pay to make sure you get the size you need, please text your last name, team name, age division and order to Christy Randolph at (727) 348-7301. Design is here on this page.  Shirts are light gray, short sleeved, dri-fit material.  They are $27 each and we have sizes youth medium, youth large, youth x-large, adult small, adult medium, adult large and adult x-large. Your pre-ordered shirt can be picked up from the site director on Saturday.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR COACHES/PLAYERS  

1.     You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game. 

2.     All weather updates will be posted on this site and page.

3.     Because of the size of this tournament we need to use 3 complexes. Below is the information for your age group. All age groups will be playing for gloves!

10U - 3/1 format, entry fee $625, 1^st and 2^nd place win gloves. You will play both days in Madeira Beach.

12U - 3/1 format, entry fee $625, 1st and 2nd place win gloves. You will play both days in Madeira Beach.

14U - 3/1 format, entry fee $625, 1st and 2nd place win gloves. You will play both days in Dunedin.

HS - 3/1 format, entry fee $625, 1st and 2nd place win gloves. You will play both days in Trinity.

4.     We ask that every player please bring an unwrapped toy for our toy drive. Any new toy you can donate will mean the world to a child that isn't sure if they are going to receive anything at all. Please bring your toys/presents together as a team and let our site director get a picture of you with the presents.

5.     The 2026 schedule is now posted on www.nsafloridafastpitch.com. They will be posted on the national site by Sunday night so that you may start to register for tournaments.

6.     Next weekend is Fall States in Polk County. Please don't forget to register so that you can use all the $$$ certificates you have earned all fall to reduce the entry fee.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.

*ONLY ONE SET OF TWINS IN THE LINE UP IS PERMITTED.
