1.     You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game. (SEE BELOW FOR ASSISTANCE)

2.     All weather updates will be posted on this site and page.

3.     Below are details about your specific age group.

10U - Will play a 3/1 format and be in Madeira Beach both days. Will be split into Gold and Silver on Sunday.

12U - Will play a 3/1 format and be in Madeira Beach both days. 3rd seed game will be on Sunday before elimination. Will be split into a Gold and Silver on Sunday.

14U - Will play a 3/1 format and be in Clearwater both days. Will be split into Gold and Silver on Sunday.

4.     Thank you for playing in this event and supporting this great charity which helps children under the age of 5 needing heart transplants. Michele and I truly appreciate you supporting this event. As a gesture of thankfulness, I would like to offer any 10U-14U team that would like to play next weekend a discount of $50 off the entry fee. The 1^st place prize for next weekend is all 1^st place players win a hitting net and tee!

SCHEDULE FOR PICS WITH MICHELE SMITH (SATURDAY):

11AM – 12:30 PM – MADEIRA BEACH

1:30 PM – 4:30 PM – CLEARWATER

5:30 PM – MADEIRA BEACH

Specific Park Rules:  Clearwater fields do not allow dogs and are very strict with this policy. They also do not allow you to set up tents over the bleachers. Please do not park on the grass on fields 5-7 or block any entrances or service roads, or you may be towed. Madeira Beach fields do not allow parking on the grass and you may be subject to ticketing if you do.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
