2025 NSA SEPTEMBER SHOOTOUT - CASH PRIZES FOR 1ST THRU 3RD PLACE TEAMS!!

Please read all of the messages below.

1.     Because of the number of teams playing this weekend and all the special time requests, we are starting games on Saturday at 7:30am and on Sunday they will begin at 8:00am. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in playing the schedule that you have been given. 

2.     Coaches remember that this is the first weekend of the 2026 season. You must now be sanctioned for 2026 and have all your players registered on the NSA national site or they are illegal.

3.     Parents, you must make sure that you have your kids registered online through the national site so that your waiver for them is signed and so that they are covered by your team's insurance. Failure to do so would result in 100% of medical expenses coming out of your compact if this is not done.

10U - You will play a modified 2/2 format this weekend with all elimination games being played on Sunday. Modified means no "if game" it's winner take all.

12U - You are playing a 3/1 format.

14U - You are playing a 3/1 format with your third seed game being played on Sunday before elimination.

HS -  You are playing a 3/1 format.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

·      ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2026) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND!  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.

·      EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER. YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.

·      PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME, EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!

·      ANY PLAYERS NOT ON YOUR PERMANENT ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
