2024 NSA "A", "B" & "C" SOUTHEASTERN NATIONAL WORLD SERIES

IMPORTANT INFO

 BRACKET AND LEVEL OF PLAY CLASSIFICATION:

This comes into question every year, at every national and world series around the nation, so rather than avoid it, we are addressing it now. Teams sanction one way and usually during some point of the year they realize, or we realize, they are a different classification and not the one they picked. This is to alleviate some of those questions once the brackets are posted by giving you some examples.

1. Example 1 : You classified as a B team but were put in the A bracket. If we have a history of your team winning two or three tournaments this year, then chances are you are not a B team and will most likely be moved to A.
2. Example 2:  If you are classified as an A team, you will be put in the A bracket. No, you can't change now, too late for that.
3. Example 3: If you are classified as a C team, we will monitor you in seeding and look at past history and go from there as far as what bracket you will be placed into.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

EVERY team must check-in 1:15 prior to their first game being played on Wednesday. Whether you have mailed it in or not,  EVERYONE will be required to bring a copy of the team's insurance unless you have uploaded it to www.playnsa.com. You must also bring any unpaid entry fee plus a $50 late charge if it wasn't mailed to Pat Affrunti prior to the deadline date which was July 12th. This deadline has been in place since November of 2023 so no excuses for being late.

PIN TRADING:

Pin trading will take place at the World Series Celebration Night at BayCare Ballpark. Please read the info packet that is attached for further details. There will be NSA staff to onsite to help with any questions.

GIFT EXCHANGE:

Should you want to participate in a gift exchange I need a return email telling me so by Monday night July 15th, if you have not contacted me already. 

1) All teams that let me know that want to participate will be matched with another team.

2) I will send an email out to the teams late Wednesday night letting them know who they are partnered with to exchange gift bags.

3) The exchange will take place at BayCare Ballpark.

LOCATIONS:

Here are the locations that each age group will be using. These are tentative and can be changed if weather forces us to do so. Please have your families prepared for this.

8u - Eddie C Moore Fields 5-7 All Week

10u - Eddie C Moore Fields 5-7 All Week

12u - Dunedin Little League and Eddie C Moore on Saturday

14u - Eddie C Moore Fields 1-4.

HS - Madeira Beach All Week

Your Site Director's phone number will be on top of the seeding schedule. The address to the park will also be on the seeding schedule.

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
