Coaches

1.     Due to all the special requests for times, we will be starting Saturday at 9:00am. Sunday will have an 8:00am start time. 

2.     Welcome to our special Memorial Day $399 Tournament. This tournament will have a special format of a 1 seed into a modified double elimination. What that means is that the Championship Game is winner take all.

3.     So there is no confusion, this is how the seeding will be determined. First is wins vs. losses. The second determining factor is runs allowed. Third determining factor is runs scored. If after 3 determining factors, there is still a tie then a coin flip will be done.

4.     Everyone will play the start of the winner's bracket after your seed games are complete so, please do not leave when you are finished with your seed games.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON WHICH STARTED AUGUST 1^ST.  DIRECTIONS ARE LOCATED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE. DOUBLE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR INSURANCE AS MANY POLICIES ALSO EXPIRED 8/1/23.  BOTH OF THESE ITEMS MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME CAN START. YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR INSURANCE CERTIFICATE OR BRING A PAPER COPY SO WE CAN RECORD THE EXPIRATION DATE.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ELECTRONIC ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL BATS MUST HAVE NSA STAMP. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

*PITCHERS IN ALL DIVISIONS MUST WEAR FACEMASKS.

*PAPER SCOREBOOKS ARE REQUIRED.

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
