2024 WILSON/DEMARINI SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIP-4/1 FORMAT-1ST/2ND WIN PRIZES FROM WILSON/DEMARINI GROUP

Coaches,

Please make sure to read all the information below as it is very important to understand going into this weekend.

1.  THIS IS FOR EVERY AGE GROUP! - You will all play a total of 4 seed games, however only your first 3 seed games will count towards seeding. Your 4^th game does not count in the standings. You must still play your 4^th game! The penalty for not doing so will be a win deducted from one of your countable seed games. Should you have zero wins in your first 3 games that are countable, then your penalty will be automatic visitor in all elimination games.

2. There were a ton of scheduling conflicts this weekend and the schedule was extremely hard to make. Please do not send me a text asking for a change in the schedule at this point. Thank you for your understanding.

3. 14U your schedule was the most difficult with requests for various reasons. Some of you will only play 2 seed games on Saturday and you will finish your remaining games on Sunday before elimination. Sunday your games will be played in Dunedin.

4. 12U your group will be split into gold and silver after seeding. You may enter a request of where you would like to play but remember it is only a request and not a guarantee. Ultimately the site director has the decision on where to place you so if you are an older team that traditionally does well in our tournaments, and you decide to throw your seed games to get in Silver, we still might put you in Gold. Please play fairly!

5. All weather updates should there be any will be posted on this tournament page. As soon as we know something you will know something. Remember we have to wait for the cities to tell us their course of action first.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME. FOR CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED YOUR PAYMENT, PROOF ON INSURANCE, AND TO VERIFY THE PLAYERS ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.

ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).

*ALL CHANGES ON DEFENSE ARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND MUST BE REPORTED TO THE UMPIRE.
